How the work is delivered

One person. Every deliverable. No relay.

I write the copy, set up the account, review the data, draft the responses, and ship the work. Same person, every week, on every client. No account-manager relay, no offshore team, no junior you never meet.

The retainer cap is 30 clients and the PPC cap is 10 concurrent accounts. Both are coded into the platform — when the buffer is full, work pitches pause.

A note on pricing and outcomes, plainly.

What you're paying for. My fees cover the work I do. Keyword research, on-page fixes, citations, GBP posts, review responses, backlink outreach, content briefs, technical SEO audits, and the live dashboard that surfaces all of it. I write every deliverable myself and review it personally before it goes out. That's the work; that's what you're paying for.

What's outside anyone's control. Search engine rankings, third-party platform decisions (Google's algorithm updates, Meta's reach changes), audience reception, and the time it takes for the work to compound. No honest agency of any size can guarantee a specific rank, traffic number, or revenue outcome. Anyone selling you one is selling you snake oil. What I commit to is doing the work to the standard described in each tier, and showing you every step in the dashboard so you can see what's happening (or not).

The non-refundable bit, stated clearly. Because the work begins with immediate effect after request and payment. The audit starts, the credits get consumed, the on-page fixes get pushed, the GBP posts start drafting. Once a fee is paid it isn't refundable. There's no cancellation refund on work already done. One-off services (Website Build deposits, GBP Reinstatement, SEO Ranking Recovery) follow the same rule. The recurring tiers are 30-day rolling notice. You don't pay for periods you haven't used, but periods already paid aren't refundable either.

Minimum timeframes for results. Honest answer: 3 to 6 months of consistent work to see meaningful rank movement on the local pack, longer for competitive national searches. PPC delivers clicks from day one but meaningful performance stabilises over 4-8 weeks. Website builds are 4-8 weeks from kickoff to launch. If you need a specific result by a specific date, ask before you sign. I'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable in your timeframe.

Full terms including payment, data ownership, IP, and liability at /terms.

Pricing FAQ

Honest answers to the things people ask most.

No. All fees are non-refundable. The work starts the day payment lands. Recurring tiers run on 30-day rolling notice — you don't pay for periods you haven't used, but periods already paid aren't refundable.

No. I can't guarantee a specific ranking, traffic number, or revenue outcome. Anyone selling you one is selling you snake oil. I commit to the work and to logging every action in the dashboard so you can monitor what's working.

Local SEO ranking movement: 3 to 6 months of consistent work. PPC: clicks from day one, meaningful performance stabilises after 4 to 8 weeks. Website builds: 4 to 8 weeks kickoff to launch.

You keep what we produced. Website code zipped and emailed. Citations as a CSV export with directory logins. GBP login stays yours. Backlinks as a list with URLs and dates. Your account view in the dashboard: read-only for 12 months after your last invoice, then it archives. The platform is mine; your account data on it is yours.

Yes — annual prepay saves you 10%, roughly one month free across the year. Same work, same dashboard, same monthly cadence, same 30-day rolling terms if you ever need to stop. Annual is purely a billing choice; the delivery doesn't.
